Luntak Stylus Pen Cautions

When the stylus does not work in some iPad apps, please perform the following checks:

A. If both finger and stylus do not work: 1. Check the settings of the app. For example, if your stylus can't write in Memo, please turn on the "Draw with finger" button in the app settings. If your stylus cannot write in Notability, select "Apple Pencil: Disconnect" in the app.

B. If the finger works but the stylus does not: 1. Confirm that the device is compatible. 2. Try replacing the tip. 3. If it still doesn't work, please let us know, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Additional Cautions: 1. The stylus cannot be used with other pens simultaneously. 2. The stylus does not require a Bluetooth connection, so please turn off Bluetooth when using it. 3. If the stylus does not respond, go to "Settings" > "Accessibility" and turn on "Touch Adjustment." 4. You can only charge the stylus with a 5V adapter, and the current should not exceed 2A, or it may not charge or even be damaged. 5. You cannot use the pen when the battery is low, so please charge it before use. 6. When using a protective glass film, the pen may have difficulty responding due to the difference in thickness. We recommend a protective film of 3mm or less.

Compatibility Tips: 1. The stylus does not support palm rejection, so ensure your hand is off the screen when using it. 2. This iPad pen does not require a Bluetooth connection. Simply double-tap the top to turn it on and start using it. 3. If the stylus cannot write or draw on your iPad, but you can still swipe and tap the screen, check the following settings: - Go to Settings > Apple Pencil > Turn off "Only Draw with Apple Pencil." - Or go to Settings > Notes > Click on the brush > Click on the three dots > Open "Painting with your finger." (Other apps may also have similar settings.) 4. If the above settings cannot be used, try adjusting the pen tip by twisting and screwing it back in. 5. Ensure the stylus has power before use.
